Do you offer international shipping?
No, We only ship to United States now but in future will look to expand to other countries.

What is your return window?
Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, AstorRay covers the return shipping cost. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, AstorRay does not charge any restocking fees.
How long do refunds take?
