SHIPPING LOCATIONS
AstorRay currently serves customers across the 48 contiguous United States and Hawaii.
Important: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations unless otherwise specified.
ORDER PROCESSING & CUT-OFF TIMES
Daily Order Cut-Off: 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Timeline:
Processing Time: 5-10 business days (after payment confirmation)
Processing Days: Monday - Sunday (excluding public holidays)
If there is any delay due to product availability, payment verification, or other issues, we will notify you promptly via email.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINE
Shipping Transit Time: 16-25 business days (Monday through Sunday)
Estimated Delivery: 21-35 business days (Monday through Sunday)

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Free shipping for all orders in the 48 contiguous United States and Hawaii.
For the 48 contiguous United States and Hawaii, packages will be shipped via UPS/FedEx. The first-mile carrier is Matson CLX.
FIRST-MILE TRANSPORTATION
We use Matson CLX as first-mile transportation carrier, which ensures that packages are handed over to UPS/FedEx within 13 calendar days of sailing. You will receive your UPS/FedEx tracking number 3 days prior to departure, though it will not update immediately until the UPS/FedEx scans the package from Matson CLX. Matson CLX is currently known as the fastest and most reliable ocean freight route, guaranteeing that your package will be in the hands of UPS/FedEx within 13 days of vessel departure.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a detailed shipping timeline email with tracking number.
You can track your package directly through UPS or FedEx websites using your tracking number.
PRICING TRANSPARENCY
All customs duties and VAT are included in the product price.
There are no additional charges or hidden costs for customers in the United States.
ADDRESS MANAGEMENT
Changing Your Delivery Address: 48-Hour Window: You have 48 hours from order placement to change your address. Contact our customer service team immediately and provide your order number and new address.
Address changes are NOT possible if your order has shipped.
Incorrect Address Issues: You shall assume full responsibility for any delivery failures, lost packages, or related issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by you. You may attempt to contact the carrier directly to update the address, but we accept no liability for the final successful delivery of the goods.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You have a 48-hour window to cancel your order. Contact customer service within 48 hours of placing your order.
If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible even if within 48-hour window. Refer to our Return Policy for assistance with shipped items.
