AstorRay currently serves customers across the United States.

Important: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations unless otherwise specified.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & CUT-OFF TIMES

Daily Order Cut-Off: 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next day.

 

Processing Timeline:

Processing Time: 14-21 calendar days (after payment confirmation).

Processing Days: Monday - Sunday

If there is any delay due to product availability, payment verification, or other issues, we will notify you promptly via email.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Shipping Time: 7-14 calendar days.

Total Delivery Time: 21-35 calendar days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Free shipping for all orders for the United States.

We use UPS/FedEx/USPS as our shipping carriers.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with detail shipping timeline & tracking number.

 

ADDRESS MANAGEMENT

You have 48 hours from order placement to change your address. Please contact our customer service team immediately and provide your order number and new address. Address changes cannot be made once your order has shipped.

 

We assume no responsibility for any delivery failures, misdelivery to incorrect recipients, or other delivery anomalies resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Contact customer service within 48 hours of placing your order, please be informed that once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
