At AstorRay, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right. Our return process is designed to be quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. We stand behind every product we sell.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to evaluate your purchase.
Return requests must be initiated within the 30-day window from the delivery date.
ACCEPTED PRODUCT CONDITIONS
(A). Original packaging intact and undamaged
(B). New or slightly used
(C). Non-defective or defective
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
1. Contact our customer service team with your order details
2. Describe the issue or reason for return (defective, wrong item, changed mind, etc.)
3. Receive the return shipping address and instructions via email.
4. Pack your item securely and ship it to the return warehouse address.
5. We inspect and process your return within 5 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
You will need to ship the item back to our returns processing facility. We will reimburse the return shipping fees if it's a defective items when you recieve. To claim your reimbursement, please send your shipping receipt and original order number to cs@astorray.com.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For defective items, we cover all return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee equal to 15% of the actual order total applies to non-defective returns (customer remorse returns). This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
Note: No restocking fee applies to defective or damaged items.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and provide a detailed description of the issue. Include photos of the product and damage (if applicable).
We will review your claim carefully and promptly, and provide a replacement, a full refund, or a credit toward a future purchase. We cover all return shipping costs for defective items.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.)
