DIMMING OPTIONS

All of our lighting fixtures are compatible with TRIAC dimmers, whether they use standard bulb light sources or integrated LED modules. Simply connect them directly to your dimmer—no rewiring is required.

Note: Please ensure you choose a dimmer that supports Type C (capacitive) loads and TRIAC dimming.

You may hear a slight buzzing sound during operation, this is generated by the filter inductor coil inside the dimmer and is completely normal.

You may also request a 0-10V/DALI/ELV dimmer. Please consult with us before making a purchase, as not all lighting fixtures are compatible with 0-10V/DALI/ELV dimmers.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to evaluate your purchase.

Return requests must be initiated within the 30-day window from the delivery date.

 

ACCEPTED PRODUCT CONDITIONS

(A). Original packaging intact and undamaged
(B). New or slightly used
(C). Non-defective or defective

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Follow these simple steps to process your return:
1. Contact our customer service team with your order details.
2. Describe the issue or reason for return (defective, wrong item, changed mind, etc.).
3. Receive the return shipping address and instructions via email.
4. Pack your item securely and ship it to the return warehouse address.
5. We inspect and process your return within 5 business days.

 

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

You will need to ship the item back to our returns processing facility. We will reimburse the return shipping fees if it's a defective items when you recieve. To claim your reimbursement, please send your shipping receipt and original order number to cs@astorray.com.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For defective items, we cover all return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

A restocking fee equal to 15% of the actual order total applies to non-defective returns (customer remorse returns). This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and restocking costs.

Note: No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged or incorrect item upon arrival.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and provide a detailed description of the issue. Include photos of the product and damage (if applicable).

We will review your claim carefully and promptly, and provide a replacement, a full refund, or a credit toward a future purchase. We cover all return shipping costs for defective items.

 

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your original order number.

2. You are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.

3. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it. If it is in resellable condition, we will ship out your new replacement item. If it does not meet our resellable conditions, it will be processed as a standard return instead.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).

Q1. When can I expect to receive my order?

A1. Typically 3-5 weeks.

Q2. Can I return an item if it doesn't work for me? Where do I send returns? Who covers the shipping costs, and are there any restocking fees?

A2. Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unsuitable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our Texas return processing center, and a 15% order amount restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Q3. Can I request an extension rod or a longer cord? Is there an extra charge?

A3. Yes, just leave a note on your order. Most standard extension rods/cord are free. If an extra charge applies, we will contact you with a quote. Feel free to reach out to us beforehand to check.

Q4. Is there a warranty on your products?

A4. Yes, all our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. You can check out the details and coverage under our Warranty policy.
